Scoutr was established in 2018. Scoutr builds HR Operating Systems (HROSs) for organizations. These HROSs consolidate TM/TA systems in organizations to provide standardized data for decision-making, a rigorous science-based Inside-Out Methodology, and an AI-based solution within and at the intersection of employer, employee, and external candidate spheres. Our Marketplace feature and developmental focus also provide the data, architecture, and processes for University Career Centers to become the Heroes in Student Success. From the start, Scoutr’s mission has been to create a better experience for all stakeholders involved in Talent Management – including HR Administrators, Hiring Managers, Internal Teams and Employees, and External Candidates – all while producing the outcomes organizations rely on a Partner to provide. Scoutr's Inside-Out Methodology, Powerful Data-Driven Technology, and Adaptive Learning and Development System (ALDS) optimize team characteristics, processes, and outcomes, enhance career development and job performance, and automatically match high-potential employees and external candidates to open positions based on skills, team culture fit, work styles. But when a resume is a strong match, a deep review can take 2 to 5 minutes—sometimes longer.     People who work on remote teams face communications challenges consistently. As more and more of our interactions happen digitally, we will continue to experience new forms of miscommunication and misunderstanding. The solution lies in building a skill set that reflects the demands of our digitally-driven age. For instance, when communicating digitally, don’t assume that others understand your cues and shorthand. Spend the time to communicate with the intention of being ultra clear. Don’t bombard your team with messages – it’s ineffective, and annoying.
