🚨 Exciting Career Opportunity: Rugby Development Officer & Coach (Women’s & Girl’s) 🚨 We are thrilled to announce that San Diego Legion is #hiring a Rugby Development Officer & Coach (Women’s & Girl’s) to lead the expansion of rugby for women and girls across San Diego. With the U.S. Women’s National Rugby Sevens Team’s recent Bronze Medal win at the 2024 Paris Olympics, momentum for women’s rugby is stronger than ever. This is a pivotal moment to grow the sport at all levels, and this role will be essential in developing future athletes and building a sustainable pipeline for success. Key Responsibilities: 🏉 Develop and implement rugby programs tailored for women and girls 🏉 Lead, coach, and mentor players, coaches, and volunteers 🏉 Engage with the community through events and partnerships 🏉 Scout talent and create pathways to elite competition We are looking for candidates with a proven background in rugby coaching, program development, and community outreach, who share our passion for empowering the next generation of female athletes.
