About us
Help the world experience more live. SeatGeek was built in 2009 as the only mobile ticketing marketplace created with fan experience top of mind. We’re transforming the way fans buy and sell their tickets to their favorite live events across sports, music, and theater. While we humbly believe we have the best consumer technology on the market, our mission goes beyond that – by bringing a technology-first approach to an entire industry sorely in need of a better solution, we aim to be a force for good in live entertainment. SeatGeek’s acquisition of TopTix marks our entrance into the primary market. From then on, we began providing the premier primary ticketing solution on the market, a perfect complement to our best-in-class consumer tech. Now our mission goes beyond the fan experience and brings power, control, and flexibility to rightsholders - reinventing live entertainment for the modern, mobile era. Looking to join us at SeatGeek? Today’s an exciting day for Cleveland Cavaliers fans 🏀 as we’ve launched Concourse Maps—a new product feature that provides fans with detailed, navigable venue maps highlighting essential features like restaurants, merchandise stores, club spaces, and bathrooms. Accessible directly from the ticket and informed by the fan’s account information, Concourse Maps delivers a more personalized and seamless event-day experience. In addition to streamlining the journey for fans, Concourse Maps also unlocks new opportunities for teams and venues to drive engagement and generate additional revenue through in-venue discovery. Take a look 👀 at our demo video to see how it works! https://lnkd.in/gw9Tft9V #fanexperience #SeatGeek #ConcourseMaps

At SeatGeek, we get to partner with some of the most forward-thinking teams in sports. This month, we hosted a virtual fireside chat with leaders from a few of our MLS partners: Gregg Allen, Chief Revenue Officer, Sporting Kansas City Joe Cote, Chief Revenue Officer, Portland Timbers Harrison Kim, SVP of Business Strategy, Austin FC The conversation was led by Russell D'Souza and Matt Jordan and explored ways we’re partnering together to not only fill seats, but reimagine what it means to connect with fans and create experiences that keep them coming back. A standout theme emerged: turning tickets into experiences. It’s not just about game day — it’s about the moments before, during, and after the match that build lifelong fandom, like a fan walking back to their car after an amazing game and receiving a push notification with a discount for a ticket to the next match. These teams continue to lead the way, and we’re excited to continue our partnership with them into 2025 and beyond — helping keep seats filled, simplify operations, and create next-level fan experiences.

The expanded College Football Playoff is a big opportunity to reach fans in new ways. We’re using NIL to put athletes at the center of ticket promotions, creating a direct line to fans and making it easier for them to get into the big game.
