🌟 We were thrilled to produce the 8th European Fund Finance Symposium! 🌟 Last month, Team SEQ produced the event for 950+ fund managers, bankers, and lawyers at London's QEII Centre for a day of education and networking. With nearly 80 sponsors and 80+ speakers, the event was packed with insightful panel sessions, productive networking breaks, a delicious lunch, and a lively cocktail reception to wrap it all up! 🍸

Looking for the secret ingredient to a flawless event? Remember: It's not just about what guests actually see—it's also about who's behind the scenes. Events are a team sport, and building a robust network of reliable vendors—from florists and photographers to caterers and audiovisual experts—could not be more crucial. And while the needs of each event vary, there are certain qualities that consistently make some vendors and venues stand out to us as excellent partners. In our latest blog post, we shared some things we look for when choosing vendors, and why these factors encourage us to build long-lasting working relationships. ✨ We're thrilled to be finalists for the ILEA Espirit Awards! ✨ We’re finalists in the Scenic Design, Installation or Exhibit Design category for our work on this incredible Danone activation at Aspen Ideas Festival 2023. The Beatles famously sang, “I get by with a little help from my friends”—a sentiment that rings particularly true in the realm of brand partnerships. 🤝 In today’s interconnected world, brands are always on the hunt for fresh ways to expand their reach and hit it off with a broader audience—particularly when it comes to events. One smart move? Hooking up with other brands for event partnerships. This isn’t just a tactical approach to marketing; it can be a way to seriously ramp up your reach and leave a lasting impression on consumers. So this month, we’ve got a Brand Crush on not just one brand, but at least two—or maybe more! It’s the concept of ✨ collaboration. ✨ Read more: https://lnkd.in/gBFsD88P

SEQ also produced our partner GumGum’s presence at POSSIBLE, an ad tech and media event and expo that took place in Miami in April. This was GumGum’s biggest booth and trade show presence to date—and wow, did it make an impact! The beautiful, relaxing, and on-brand booth encouraged organic connections and tied back to the aesthetic of GumGum’s new offices—but with a stunning Tulum-inspired twist. In-booth activations tied back to GumGum’s featured product “Mindset,” and included... ☀️ Breathwork sessions with Mandy Sciacchitano, designed to get attendees present at the start of the event ☀️ Typewriter poetry with The Zelda Fitzgeralds, with custom poems prompted by the question “What is your current Mindset?" ☀️ Hand massages from Infinite Massage ☀️ Custom-branded espresso martinis from Fontainebleau Miami Beach The booth quickly became an inviting hang-out spot offering shade, water, and essential self-care amenities. Thanks to Pinnacle Live and Event Nerds for their production work, and to GumGum for bringing us on board. 📸: Jasen Delgado
