ServiceNow Industry Connect - Women in Tech, Sydney recap! ServiceNow Sydney welcomed an inspiring group of women for an empowering day of connection, career insights, and a glimpse into the future of tech at ServiceNow. From those re-entering the workforce to those seeking new paths or meaningful connections, it was incredible to see women from all backgrounds and stages in their careers come together. ServiceNow is proud to have joined AfroTech —the largest tech conference for Black professionals, for another year. Featuring daily career fairs, dozens of learning sessions and workshops, concerts, and other engaging activations, AfroTech attracts thousands of people from across the U.S. and beyond each year. The 2024 conference was no exception, and while this year's event is over, we'll always have these incredible moments to look back on:

Last week, our Staines office had many volunteers dedicate their time to pack 13,600 meals in 3 hours for ServiceNow's annual Rise Against Hunger Campaign! 👏 By forming an assembly line, teams were able to combine rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables, and a packet of 20 vitamins and minerals into life-changing meal packages. This was a huge collaborative effort and success for our Staines employees, as these meals provide a lasting, real-life impact for children in need and help fight world hunger.

In October, during ServiceNow'𝐬 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, we successfully executed the 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 which we undertook as a movement for 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻. For a few months, I had been working closely with several women leaders from several cities around the world to make this thought into a reality. We were able to run successful donation drives or in-person volunteering for women centric causes in 𝟮𝟭 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗠𝗦, 𝟳 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗣𝗝 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲! 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗟! 𝗔 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗨𝗗𝗢𝗦 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 who led efforts in all these cities to make this happen. It look planning, collaborating, promoting and executing to make it happen and I had front row seats in most cities to see this through the finish line. We are deeply grateful to all military service members who have courageously served and continue to serve the countries we call home. In honor of Military Appreciation Week, our offices worldwide celebrated with homestyle cooking and powerful traditions. Many offices featured POW/MIA tables—a poignant reminder of those unable to join us at the table, honoring prisoners of war and comrades missing since the Vietnam War. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all military service members and their families for their dedication and sacrifice.
