Grant funding for infrastructure improvements are helping rural communities like the City of Colmesneil repair and replace vital aging services. Designed by LEAD Engineering from Beaumont, Texas, SETEX recently finalized 1,600 LF of new 6" water lines and are getting ready to pour the bridge replacement.
