Settlyd provides a central location to efficiently and clearly gather and organize all client financial information relating to their divorce. Settlyd's Client Portal permits the efficient input of all client financial information through an interview method similar to Turbo Tax. Once data has been inputed, Settlyd can automatically prepares the required Financial Affidavits. Settlyd is a web based application that works anywhere on both Macs and PCs. Settlyd populates and prepares a Marital Asset Spreadsheet designed to easily sort and apportion financial assets in accord with the unique desires of a Settlement. In addition, Settlyd provides calculations for the Child Support worksheets A, B and C as well as a disposable income analysis to help resolve spousal support issues. All documents can be downloadable to PDFs for easy saving, printing, and presentation in court and/or settlement negotiations.
