Kristi, our Continuous Improvement Coordinator, leads the way in onboarding and training new Commercial Lines teammates, while also developing standard operating procedures to uphold our commitment to exceptional, client-focused service. Our Client Service Specialists – (Jackie Dobrowksy, Mackenzie Ward, Kayla Laird) – assist in everything from training clients on Seubert’s online portals to issuing certificates of insurance and managing contractor qualification systems. They go above and beyond to ensure every client’s needs are met with professionalism and care.
