At Sevan, Erin Hardy is a driving force behind growth, learning, and giving back. With a background in hospitality management and over 20 years of experience in training and development, Erin brings a passion for empowering others to succeed.    Her journey at Sevan began in 2020, transitioning from the restaurant industry to a completely new industry. Erin embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, discovering that her expertise in leadership and development translates universally. Today, she leads impactful programs like Sevan University, our Professional Development Reimbursement Program, along with other initiatives that help team members grow and excel in their careers.    Erin is also the heart behind The Sevan Charitable Foundation, managing events like the annual Sevan Charitable Foundation Golf Classic and promoting programs that make a difference in the communities we serve.    What she loves most about Sevan? “It’s the people and the opportunity to help others grow. Last month, the Sevan team proudly participated in the Army Ten-Miler—a race that embodies the spirit of the U.S. Army while supporting military morale and welfare programs. Set on a scenic course through Washington, D.C., the route winds around our nation’s capital, showcasing monuments and notable landmarks. This year, our team’s purpose was to raise funds for Fisher House, a wonderful organization that provides housing for military and veteran families during medical treatments.    Our team members set a goal to raise $1,250 each.
