Leading, Teaming and Selling: the synergies are profound. Our work in Leading has opened unique insights about how leaders make decisions and what they want from individuals meeting with them. It changed our entire approach to how to sell to the C-Suite. Our work in Teaming has enabled us to appreciate the leader’s challenges of mobilizing the collective intelligence and energies of their organization, and how others can help them do so more effectively.
