  • MEET THE TEAM! - Michelle Rader - Office Manager Michelle Rader has been the Office Manager at Shared Logic LLC for the last 10 years. She handles the accounting and human resource aspects for the company. If you walk through our front door, it’s more than likely she will be the first one to greet you. Her favorite thing about Shared Logic is the tight-knit, family atmosphere as well as the work ethic that is frequently demonstrated by the leadership team. Michelle got her start in accounting by proudly serving in the United States Army. She also lived in Berlin, German during the fall of the Berlin Wall. After her service in the military, her next adventure was found in obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Davis College in Toledo, OH. She is also a licensed Massage Therapist. Outside of work she commits much of her love and energy to her two fur babies, a cat named Quinn and a dog named Ireland. She also enjoys watching college football and is a fan of the University of Michigan. GO BLUE! Her favorite quote is “Live in such a way that if someone should speak badly of you, no one would believe it” by Zig Zigler, and she works hard to live by it as best as she can. One thing most people don’t know about Michelle is she competed in a local Triathlon. Her time was not one for the record books, but the goal for her was not to break any land speed records, but instead to complete it and she is very proud to have done so. Michelle loves her work, and she is thankful to everyone who have made it possible for her to experience, especially our amazing customers who allow us to continue to do what we love!
