    The first time I visited Silicon Valley, I watched Jim Dukhovny, CEO of Alef, pitching his company, confidently telling everyone they were going to build flying cars. 🚀🚗 And I remember thinking: If he were pitching this in Spain, no one would invest. They’d think he was crazy. But in the U.S., the reaction was completely different. Investors weren’t skeptical, they were excited. That moment stuck with me. It showed me just how different the startup ecosystem is here: the ambition, the risk-taking, the belief that big ideas deserve a shot. That’s what convinced us to go all in on the U.S. Starting from scratch in a new country wasn’t easy, but it was 100% the right decision for Sharpei If you’re a founder thinking about making the leap, do it.
