Today marks a major milestone as McDonald's unveils its first On-The-Go restaurant concept. This is the first-ever drive-thru-only location in the U.S., located at 10146 Artesia Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706! We are thrilled to have played a role in securing the ground lease for this innovative concept and are honored to be part of this exciting project with Schuyler Jackson Congratulations to McDonald's and to the Owner Operator Patricia Yoon on this groundbreaking achievement—we look forward to continuing our partnership and contributing to more game-changing developments in the future!

We recently had the opportunity to visit Mercado González at Northgate Market in Costa Mesa, and it was an incredible experience!
