Shippers Highway Express is honored to share our “Project of the Week” This week’s project took us to Cleveland Clinic’s downtown facility to assist with an MRI condenser replacement. Due to the location of the units on the roof this project took some creative thinking from our project managers and allowed us to showcase one of our new rigging solutions, the “Spider Crane” resourced from ALL Family of Companies. This mighty little crane allowed our crew to safely hoist a condenser down 60’ to an unaccessible roof level. With no extra room to spare, the crane set up went perfectly and all the tradesmen on the roof worked safe and efficiently to get the job done. Shippers Highway Express is honored to share our “Project of the Week” We are on around 50 job sites every week but this project definitely stood out. There were a few obstacles to overcome around the crane placement but our operators at ALL Family of Companies always gets the job done right! Working at a radius of almost 220 feet, the ground crew and roof crew worked like a well oiled machine to replace (5) RTUs on the roof of a senior living facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. The man, the myth, the legend “Angelo Paolone” has officially retired! With over 40 years as an iron worker and 7 years as a project manager, Angelo’s knowledge was among the best in the business. If you had the pleasure of working with Angelo then you know he loves to fish, shoot, and work in his workshop in his spare time (now full time).
