On November 13, #Shutts & Bowen #Miami International Litigation and Arbitration partners Aleksey Shtivelman and Douglas Kramer attended the Air Cargo Forum 2024 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The ACF was a #global event that brought together major participants in, and affiliated with, the air cargo community, including airlines, logistics firms and ground cargo transporters. The South Florida venue for this important event exemplifies the importance of our locale in the international business sphere. As members of Shutts’ International dispute resolution practice group, Aleksey and Doug are actively engaged in the representation of international clients in the air cargo industry. They and other members of their group provide legal assistance, not only in arbitration and litigation, but also in contract negotiation and formation and other business transactions.
