Founder & Managing Partner @ DEUS: human(ity)-centered AI | AI, Innovation design, Data, Tech & Strategy
The DEUS.ai data platform and engineering team has been partnering with Signol to design and implement a state of the art data platform. The solution enables Signol.io to significantly speed up client onboarding and easily access historical data for advanced analytics. This is achieved by leveraging a Databricks Lakehouse on Amazon Web Services (AWS), paired with a medallion architecture, as well as modular and reusable workflow components. The multi-layered approach supported data quality and accessibility, providing a scalable, ACID-compliant environment optimised for efficient data analytics and reporting. We are proud to support Signol's efforts to promote sustainability and reduce carbon emissions in the aviation and maritime industries by creating the foundation for more sophisticated data-driven decision-making processes with data models defined per specific industry. Building on the success of our initial collaboration, Signol.io has renewed our partnership to further enhance its data capabilities. We are now implementing an MLOps architecture and best practices in Databricks to optimise Signol’s machine learning models and suggest new ones. This Wednesday and Thursday, you can meet Phil Tanthatsawat, joined by Gavin Laidlaw and Michael Linn at Aircraft IT x Aircraft Commerce's Aerospace and Aviation MRO & Flight Operations IT APAC conference in Bangkok: https://lnkd.in/dcnbP2h9 Head to Stand 2 to meet our team, and don't miss our showcase on Day 1 starting at 9 am to learn how we can enhance your airline's decarbonisations goals. In the meantime, watch a short interview with our Head of Aviation, Phil Tanthatsawat discussing the future of aviation recorded by Go Autonomous during Farnborough International. #FlightOps #JetZero #LittleChangesStackUp #SustainableAviation
AI and Automation projects are taking flight in the aviation industry - also beyond our core business. Why is this interesting? From operational efficiency to sustainability, AI and automation are unlocking new opportunities for the entire industry and we are here for it👋 In a recent interview we spoke to Phil Tanthatsawat from Signol, a leading expert in aviation fuel-saving technology, to explore how AI is driving smarter, more sustainable aviation practices. While fuel optimization may seem distant from our core business, we believe these advancements reflect an openness to innovation that mirrors our own values🚀 We know that it can be difficult to navigate the endless opportunities, but it's becoming clear that whether it’s optimizing flight paths, predicting fuel needs, or automating decision-making processes or sales, AI is helping aviation take off in bold new directions - just as we are working to do in our domain🤝 We will be at MRO Europe in just a few weeks to talk about Autonomous Commerce and the positive impact it has on sales processes and we would love to talk to you - whether you are open or a bit sceptical 👀 #autonomouscommerce #AI #autonomous #goautonomous #MROeurope
