On Oct 30, our Women’s and Children’s Department represented Sinai Chicago at the 12th Annual Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative (ILPQC) conference, joining 450 professionals from 73 birthing hospitals statewide. 🌟 Our team received awards for groundbreaking initiatives in: - Birth Equity – Reducing maternal disparities - Promoting Vaginal Births – Lowering c-section rates - Equity and Safe Sleep for Infants (ESSI) – Promoting safe sleep 🏆 We’re also thrilled to announce that our Safe Sleep initiative earned the Top Poster award! Additionally, we presented another quality improvement project poster focused on Birth Equity. We're honored to be part of the movement toward equity in maternal and infant care!
