Hanson, SIOR Memorial Scholarship. 🔹 Academic Excellence: Elinor completed a study abroad program at University College London—the #3 architecture university in the world—where she earned upper first-degree grades and designed a naturally ventilated café to UK building standards. Her talent was recognized when she was invited to serve on the final-year Architectural Critique panel at Canterbury University for the Creative Arts. 🔹 Industry Experience: Elinor interned in Real Estate Private Equity at PGIM (Pru), focusing on multifamily asset management and acquisitions. She underwrote deals of ~$200M, showcasing her analytical skills and industry insight. 🔹 Leadership at UCSD: At the University of California, San Diego, Elinor completed her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Development. As co-president of the campus real estate club, she is spearheaded initiatives, including UCSD’s first panel on women in commercial real estate in collaboration with CREW.
