Just over a year ago, Sipcam Agro USA purchased a formulation plant, added millions of dollars of improvements and created Sipcam Agro Solutions LLC. In that time, management also added a fungicide/insecticide plant expansion and it's just opened in the last week for formulation of our most used active ingredients (AI).
