As 2024 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on an incredible year serving as President of the SITE Midwest Board. I am so proud of what our dedicated board has accomplished this year, and I’m deeply grateful for the commitment, creativity, and passion each member brought to advancing the success of SITE Midwest. Together, we achieved some truly impactful milestones and followed our educational beacons of 2024 - Trends, Tools and Transformation: ✨ Two major in-person events – the SITE Midwest Forum and the SITE Midwest Educational Summit – brought our community together to connect, learn, and grow. ✨ Four educational webinars helped keep our members informed and engaged on key industry trends. ✨ Transformational Turnouts in Kansas City, Des Moines, St. Louis, and Indianapolis strengthened our regional footprint and brought people together in meaningful ways. ✨ We launched two new scholarship opportunities – supporting Young Leaders and Continuing Education – to invest in the future of our industry. These accomplishments wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our incredible board members. To my fellow board members, thank you for your energy, ideas, and commitment to SITE Midwest’s mission. I also want to express heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing board members for their years of service and impactful contributions: Michael Farmer Linda Schweiss Emily Carman Andres Lopez Serrato, CITP Emily Thibodeau, CMP, CITP Your hard work has left a lasting legacy, and I am so thankful for your leadership and passion. As I wrap up this year of presidency, I’m filled with gratitude for our SITE Midwest community and excitement for the path ahead under the leadership of incoming 2025 President Daniel Ecklund, DMCP. Thank you all for being part of this incredible journey. Here's to continued growth and success in 2025. Jill Anonson, Meg Doyle, James Walsh, Lily Firnhaber, MBA, Monica Fasse, and Kate Minnelli - I look forward to the work we will do in 2025! #SITE #Leadership #Gratitude #SITE2024
