Looking for Client Advisor Location: Bangkok Duties & Responsibilities: • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results. • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience. • Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories. • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty. • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store. • Learn and master Brand and product knowledge. Qualifications: • Experienced in retail, fashion or related industry. • Professional presentation. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills. • Client centric, proactive and positive in approach. • Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure. • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. • Passion for the brand and fashion. • Proficient in Thai and English. • Mandarin and other third languages are a big plus. • Flexible working hours, shift based is required including overnight shift. Looking for Senior Account Manager - Industrial Inkjet Printer Location: Bangkok Job Description: • Regularly visit customers / System integrator / Dealer to strengthen relationship. • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. • Understand customer needs and requirements. • Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationships. • Deliver product demonstrations to customers. • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets. • Maintain customer relationships by providing support, gathering feedback, and conveying customer requirements to the product development teams. • Prepare and submit sales reports to management. • Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns. • Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. • Channel management.
