  • 🚨 Let’s face it: your chatbot isn’t just underwhelming—it might be driving prospective students away. Here’s why it happens (and why it’s not your fault): 👉 Prioritizing internal processes over what students actually need. 👉 Jargon-heavy responses that confuse more than they clarify. 👉 Decision-making in silos, far from the voice of your prospective students. But here’s the good news: you can turn it around. Today’s students expect more than a glorified FAQ machine. They want a conversational AI that gets them—their worries, their questions, their language. And that’s where we shine. At SkillBuilder.io, we help universities like Carnegie Mellon deliver seamless, AI-powered engagement that feels human, not robotic. Say goodbye to guesswork, groupthink, and frustrated students. Ready to build the AI agent (formerly known as a chatbot) students deserve? Check out our full blog below, and let’s get to work. 🚀 https://lnkd.in/eWe6KdEU

  • A few weeks ago we hosted a Demo Day in Philadelphia, where five incredible nonprofits graduated from our Skilly AI cohort 🎓 If we are being honest, it was a leap of faith that lead most of the organizations to sign up for a 6 session x 2 hours experience that would help them deploy their FIRST AI colleague. However, they brought the same energy and determination that they demonstrate every day while working in and for their communities, and the results clearly reflect this. It was an overwhelming success and 100% of the credit goes to the nonprofits that showed up for themselves who ALL launched their AI that day! While not a single person was a computer scientist it didn’t matter, they created AI agents to combat REAL issues. Meet the Skillies: Campaign for Working Families' AI agent "Campy" can help you find tax resources if you are a low or moderate income household A Home for Shana has created "Vonee" to help pregnant teens find the resources they need quickly "Legend" from Future Legends, provides education around how to support children in the foster care system "Bridgy" was created by Bridges of Opportunities to educate around its mission of social emotion learning for bipoc youth And last but not least, the NOMO Foundation has created a QR code campaign to bring their 37 programs to a wider audience of people Shoutout to all our fantastic nonprofits + the leaders who joined us! Curious about how AI can transform your mission? Reach out and let’s talk! 🤖 All photos credit 📸 Kwadir Scott of Phase Two Productions #AI #missiondriven #SkillyAI
