SKILLSOOP’s exclusive client is a leading Infrastructure business with multiple P&L’s/divisions on a journey of continual growth (10%) YoY. ASX listed, they have increased EBTIDA 11% and NPAT 12.5% and are seeking to eat into the $90billion market cap executing a strategy focused on improved business partnering, innovation and technology to enhance productivity. A core part of the strategy is to leverage the supply chain enabling superior customer solutions and value creation, further bolstering client renewal rate. For procurement and the broader supply chain to succeed, a deep understanding of the multiple project operations is required, to drive value across MRO, Utilities, Subcontractors, Sustaining CAPEX, and Civil Construction/Engineering projects. Procurement will help empower the market opportunities that are presented optimizing service performance, diversity, and delivering to essential demand created by population expansion and energy transition. Richard Hillberg is keen to talk to senior procurement executives who have well developed commercial skills, leadership, and engagement capability, who understand project cost models, and the wider OPEX costs and who can both add and demonstrate value to key segments of the operation. Leading a team of category managers, you will collaboratively create the category and project sourcing value proposition, considering the nuance of commercials, spend category and how the strategy should be executed to deliver holistic benefits to internal and external customers. Key experience in true category planning across telecommunications technologies, construction materials, civil engineering, MRO, CAPEX and Subcontractors would be desirable at a national level. Remuneration package is executive, with candidates to be considered who are at Portfolio level at a minimum in a large scale operation, but also GM, and Director level. For a confidential discussion, please call Richard Hillberg on 0405 836 761 or email rhillberg@skillsoop.com – This project will be live throughout Xmas period. #procurementjobs #procurementcareers #categorymanagement #sourcing #procurementrecruitment
