Question: If there are more than 2 Buyers or Sellers in a transaction, what Form should I use to add the additional Parties to the contract. Answer: Form 22Z (Additional Signer Addendum) can be used for a transaction where there are more the two Sellers or Buyers that need to sign a PSA; all the terms and conditions in the PSA are incorporated into this Addendum. If it is an additional Buyer, check the box for Buyer, if it is an additional Seller, check the box for Seller. Make sure you enter their full names and status (i.e. unmarried person) and have that person sign and date the Addendum. Keep in mind the Buyer(s) and Seller(s) that executed the other pages of the PSA should be the parties that initial and date this Addendum. This Addendum should be incorporated as part of the PSA when writing up the offer.
