October is #NationalDisabilityEmploymentAwarenessMonth. 🧡 Throughout our parks, we look for ways to create opportunities for integrated employment and celebrate the value and talent that workers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) add to America’s workplaces and economy.   Meet Charlie T. - a team member at Sky Zone Boynton Beach! From serving up refreshing snacks in the Fuel Zone to greeting guests, Charlie has become an essential part of the team, and a favorite among colleagues and guests. Charlie shared, “From my first visit to Sky Zone, I thought about how awesome it would be to work at a place like this. I look forward to coming into work, seeing my coworkers, and helping make sure every guest has an amazing visit. I’m so happy that Best Buddies helped prepare me for a job I love so much!”   Sky Zone is a proud partner of Best Buddies International, the largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people worldwide with IDD.
