This week was host to the Service Industry Association (SIA) Global Executive Summit in the sunshine state of Florida. #TeamNebula were represented by Richard Eglon and Pete Murphy who experienced a packed conference agenda that shared insights from IDC and explored how its growing cohort of members (30% in the past year), could collaboratively obtain a larger slice of the pie, in terms of market share.
