But as gravel cyclists ourselves, we know there is massive technical variation in gravel routes. Slipstream AI equips users with the tools they need to make informed decisions about their rides. Slipstream AI is creating the world's most granular road quality dataset. But how do we get truly objective data onto our community map? First, cyclists from around the world upload images of their rides to our platform. Then, our powerful AI "reads" the image to ascribe a road surface rating (RSR). We populate this geo-tagged, color-coded data onto a 3D map powered by Mapbox so that anyone in the world can view and use to inform the quality of their rides.
