The South Central MN SBDC is dedicated to supporting businesses in their journey to start, grow, and succeed. We strongly believe in the adage, "it takes a village to build a business." To put this principle into action for nine promising startups, we recently launched our inaugural "Connect Tank" event. The objective was to create a platform where a diverse array of business, community, and non-profit leaders could come together to learn about these entrepreneurial ventures and offer valuable feedback, connections, and resources to the founders. The response from our region exceeded expectations, with entrepreneurs expressing that the event had a significant impact. Moving forward, we are committed to assessing the tangible outcomes of this gathering and will explore avenues for enhancing future iterations of this pilot event. More to come on this initiative!
