    📣 🗞️ Exciting news: Smartrr has been acquired by Relay Commerce! 🚀 When we started Smartrr, we set out to redefine how brands build relationships with their customers. What began as an idea became a platform that has now processed over hundreds of millions in transactions ‼️ and powered a better subscription experience for millions of consumers. 💡 But more than the technology we built or the numbers we hit, what made this company what it is today was the people behind it. The people behind the product releases, events, and press, our team. 🤝 They pushed boundaries, challenged assumptions, and solved problems that others overlooked. We showed up for each other in the late nights, the high-pressure moments, and the small wins that added up to something bigger. There are many to thank for their collaboration on this journey, but as far as partners on this journey, Ben Downey and James Turnbull must be recognized for their incredible contributions to Smartrr, providing both their genius and exceptional leadership. Thank you. All the while, life kept moving. I got married, had a baby, moved to a new city, and experienced loss that reshaped me in ways I never expected possible. Life didn’t pause for Smartrr, and Smartrr didn’t pause for life. We weren’t just building a company; we were growing alongside it. The lessons we learned weren’t just about business; they were about resilience, priorities, and what truly matters. We’re taught that grinding is the badge of honor. It’s not. The privilege is in getting to build something alongside people who inspire you, challenge you, and remind you why the work matters. 🫡 To the founders still in the trenches: Surround yourself with the right people.
