As of January 1, 158,330 drivers were in prohibited status, unable to drive a commercial motor vehicle until completing the required return-to-duty process. Only about 30% of drivers with violations have started this process and had their privileges restored. Starting on November 18, FMCSA will notify state licensing agencies when drivers are newly prohibited in the Clearinghouse, leading to downgrading of CDLs and removal of commercial driving privileges. #SouthernAgCarriers

Stopped by our Southern Ag Carriers, Inc Dunn NC terminal to say hi to everyone this afternoon and grab a quick tour. Never had time to stop by before and it was about time I did, this yard is home to about 50 of our NC based trucks. You’ll see some of the older trucks in the back of the yard - those old Macks are being phased out as the new beauties start being delivered to the terminals. Sentry Logistics Group Inc used to work out of the office in Dunn until the move to the new office in downtown Raleigh.
