Träume sind nicht nur persönlich – sie sind auch sozial: Beim Social Dreaming (SDM) werden individuelle Träume zu einem gemeinsamen Raum, in dem unbewusste Dynamiken in Organisationen und Gesellschaft erkundet werden. Durch freie Assoziation und Reflexion eröffnet die SDM weitere Einsichten in die tieferen Schichten von Gruppen- und Organisationsprozessen. Gemeinsam mit Dr. Ullrich Beumer habe ich diese Methode ausführlich in unserem Buch untersucht: Social Dreaming – Einführung in die Arbeit mit der Sozialen Traummatrix für Organisationsentwicklung, Supervision und Gruppentherapie Beim 13. Kongress für Psychodynamisches Coaching (28. Februar – 1. März 2025, Universität Kassel) werde ich gemeinsam mit Dr. Anna Frank eine Social Dreaming Matrix leiten und den Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit bieten, diese Methode selbst zu erleben.
