Solar Landscape has raised $847 million in project financing in 2024. With this financing the company will deploy 200+ commercial rooftop solar installations across the country. Solar Landscape also announced it signed 40 million square feet of new leases for commercial and industrial rooftop solar this year. The company now has 80+ commercial real estate partners that collectively own 2+ billion square feet of properties in the U.S. “The surge in U.S. grid energy demand makes commercial rooftops ideal for solar,” said Shaun Keegan. “We’ve led the design-build process for these projects since 2012, standing apart by being vertically integrated and forming lasting partnerships with real estate clients.” https://lnkd.in/e-_i-kxu #commercialrealestate #commercialsolar #CRE #energytransition
