PROJECT AWARDED 🔔 We’re thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the opportunity to manage the brand implementation for the new Woodlea Hub, the latest sales centre for the thriving Woodlea community! In collaboration with the talented team at Hoyne, this large-scale project involves scoping and project-managing the manufacturing and installation of all internal and external branding elements to ensure that the brand is flawlessly executed. Additionally, we are sourcing products for the kids' zone, creating a playful, family-friendly space that enhances the overall experience. I first met Judi Carr about 10 years ago while working on a project launch together and we’ve stayed in touch both professionally and personally ever since. Her reputation in the industry is amazing and I couldn’t have more respect for the work she’s done and the person she is. In fact, when I first toyed with the idea of launching SolWorks, Judi was one of the very few people I consulted because I knew I could rely on her honesty (basically, she would tell me if it was a bad idea!). So, when she suggested collaborating on a Property Signage Playbook, I jumped at the chance. I’ve loved the process of working together with Judi and the team at Property Republic and look forward to sharing more about it in the coming weeks!

PROJECT COMPLETED ✔️ We’re proud to have supplied the event signage for the official opening of Fitzroy & Co, the first project under Salta’s Build-to-Rent platform, Est. The event was opened by Salta Managing Director Sam Tarascio, with special guests including Premier Jacinta Allan, Minister Sonya Kilkenny and Treasurer Tim Pallas. This boutique North Fitzroy development offers 94 premium apartments with amenities like co-working spaces, a gym, rooftop pet park and sky lounge. The project also features local art, including a striking mural by Lisa Waup. We’re excited to continue supporting Salta Group on projects that enhance living experiences for Melburnians.

PROJECT COMPLETED ✔️ From Project Scoping to Billboard Installation: Here's How We Completed This Project! 📍 Step 1: Project Scoping The process began with a detailed site visit. We assessed the location, made strategic recommendations and arranged for engineering to ensure the structure met requirements. 🚧 Step 2: Rock Issues During site preparation we encountered solid rock beneath the surface which required us to find a solution before moving forward. 🛠️ Step 3: Rock Coring To meet engineering requirements and proceed safely, we arranged for a specialised rock coring machine to ensure the footings were dug to the required depth. 🏗️ Step 4: Billboard Installed With the groundwork completed, we managed the procurement, manufacturing, and final installation of the billboard to specification. PROJECT AWARDED 🔔 Absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a major project with Denman Prospect, a stunning land estate in Canberra, in collaboration with the renowned agency, Hoyne. We will be project managing the scoping, procurement, manufacturing and installation of all signage elements. This project is a fantastic opportunity to deliver innovative and high quality signage for one of Canberra’s most vibrant communities. We look forward to bringing this project to life and sharing our progress!

PROJECT COMPLETED ✔️ We’re beyond excited to share our most recently completed project at The Beehive Hotel for the Only Hospitality Group. The project included: - Signwriting - Lightbox refurbishment - Internal wayfinding - External frost “beehives” - Applying film to internal glass for a “stained effect” - And of course…the gold entry plaque! We’re absolutely thrilled with the final result! A massive thanks to the team at The Beehive Hotel and Only Hospitality Group for trusting us with this project!
