We got this far by hiring the best people and taking care of our customers. Many team members who laid the very foundation for our success are still with us after all these years. Our Sonic Communities team builds and delivers internet for multi-unit buildings (such as apartments) in our Sonic service areas. Recently, one of the teams had a small, bulk installation project that connected 10 units. In the second picture, you see inside one of the MPOE (Minimum Point of Entry) rooms for this installation, which has 5 ONTS mounted. Each ONT (black box) is a resident's Sonic service. The end results are satisfyingly tidy and fast.

Broadband Labels have officially launched. Have you seen them yet?   This month, all major Internet Service Providers were required by the FCC to launch their “Broadband Consumer Labels” at the point of sale. Modeled after FDA nutrition labels, these labels create a clear and standardized way for consumers to compare and shop for internet service.   This is a huge win for consumers that we have enthusiastically supported since it was first introduced.
