Reflecting on 30 years of Sonic. We got this far by hiring the best people and taking care of our customers. Many team members who laid the very foundation for our success are still with us after all these years. Their shared dedication to people and building, evolving, and improving Sonic has been a core pillar of Sonic’s success. As we continue our mission of fixing the internet in America, we want to thank you for the part that each of you plays; whether that’s a team member, a customer, or those waiting for their chance, thank you.

Our Sonic Communities team builds and delivers internet for multi-unit buildings (such as apartments) in our Sonic service areas. Recently, one of the teams had a small, bulk installation project that connected 10 units. In the second picture, you see inside one of the MPOE (Minimum Point of Entry) rooms for this installation, which has 5 ONTS mounted. Each ONT (black box) is a resident's Sonic service. The end results are satisfyingly tidy and fast.

Broadband Labels have officially launched. Have you seen them yet?   This month, all major Internet Service Providers were required by the FCC to launch their “Broadband Consumer Labels” at the point of sale. Modeled after FDA nutrition labels, these labels create a clear and standardized way for consumers to compare and shop for internet service.   This is a huge win for consumers that we have enthusiastically supported since it was first introduced. We hope it makes the decision to switch to Sonic even easier. 😉   Input your address to compare our labels to other providers: https://bit.ly/3Qpz8tq

Congress must act NOW to fund the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), one of the most successful federal programs in our ever-increasingly digital world. The ACP has connected nearly 23 million households, making affordable internet a reality instead of a luxury. If this program is no longer funded, one in six U.S. households, already on tight budgets, will have to choose between keeping their internet connection or paying for other basic necessities.   Join us today for Don’t Disconnect US Day by contacting your representative in Congress and urging them to fund the ACP before it’s too late: https://lnkd.in/gAGiazdF
