SpaceX aims to build one Starship rocket every 3 days by 2025 using their new star Factory in Boca Chica, Texas. The factory employs a linear adjacent flow manufacturing process to produce Starship V2, an improved design with enhanced features for Mars colonization. 𝗦𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 SpaceX has set an ambitious goal for 2025: to build one rocket every 3 days, or two rockets every week. The rocket in question is the Starship, specifically the upper stage - the pointy bit at the top with wings sticking out. To achieve this, SpaceX is utilizing a special new manufacturing plant called the star Factory. This endeavor is part of the company's ultimate goal to colonize Mars and build a self-sustaining city of a million people. The star Factory is located in Boca Chica, Texas, about 2.5 miles inland from the launch site at Boca Chica Beach. This area, now known as Starbase, has become a company town for SpaceX's top engineers and administrators, with Elon Musk himself spending considerable time there. It's also set to become the company's official headquarters. The current star Factory site was previously occupied by three long tents where the team manufactured Starship V1.
