Congratulations to South Duvall | Commercial Real Estate Investments and Alidade Capital on the successful acquisition of 4018 Stirrup Creek in Durham, NC. It was an honor to work with both groups in establishing this venture, as well as with my Washington, DC team mates Jim Meisel and Chetan Dokku, and my JLL colleagues on the sell-side of the transaction Daniel Flynn, Sarah Holloway, and Christopher Walker. In a year that has been largely bereft of life science trades, we should all be proud to have gotten this one over the goal line.
