Making dreams come true 🌟! JM Family Enterprises, Inc. associate Jeff Carroll had a dream of driving a Toyota Supra, and thanks to the Service Team at Mike Erdman Toyota, that dream became a reality. Jeff was born with Cerebral Palsy, which requires him to drive a car with hand controls. His favorite car has always been the Toyota Supra but he never thought he would have the chance to drive one. When SET’s Fixed Operations team heard his story, they jumped into action, reaching out to Mike Erdman Toyota who have the ability to add hand controls to cars. For our first #FieldFriday of 2025, we are excited to announce our field associates of the year! Please join us in congratulating Cesar Chuquizuta, the 2024 District Sales Manager (DSM) of year, and Grant Buske, the 2024 District Fixed Operations Manager (DFOM) of the year. We recently recognized the outstanding accomplishments of all our DSMs and DFOMS, and celebrate our award winners. Our DSMs and DFOMs are the first point of contact for our dealer partners and serve as the leads for their districts. Cesar and Grant respectively received this honor based on a yearly points accrual system, which helped drive business and optimal results for SET and our dealers. In the DSM role, Cesar and his 11 counterparts are responsible for sales and accessory objectives, process implementations, inventory management, and dealer profitability, and are valued dealer consultants. Cesar is a six-year SET associate in our mid-Georgia region whose dedication shines through on a daily basis. Grant, who previously served in the Raleigh, NC area, and is now responsible for the Atlanta, GA district, has been with the company for 22 years. The DFOMS are responsible for increasing fixed operation dealer sales, profits and customer retention while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
