Учитывая это и особенности технологического процесса, мы спроектировали новый магазин, рассчитанный как на жителей, так и на гостей коттеджного поселка. Открытые витрины привлекают посетителей, а входная группа с арками поддерживает общий “новый русский стиль” поселка. The supermarket building has an optimal shape, designed based on the correct ratios of total to retail space, which reduces costs, accelerates the flow of customers, and creates a psychologically favorable shopping environment. With this understanding and considering the specifics of the technological process, we have designed a new store for both residents and guests of the cottage community. Open display windows attract visitors, while the entrance group with arches supports the overall “New Russian style” of the community.

We are excited to share our new project, created by our team of architects. The main idea of this project is a system of functional spaces designed for both the residents of the settlement and its visitors. The active retail area features a transit zone in front of the buildings. The walking area includes seating areas with street furniture, making it even more comfortable and attractive for waiting for friends or relaxing on the terraces. The paving design echoes the rhythm of the windows in its pattern and decking. Behind the retail buildings lies a green square, which in summer is a mix of paving and lawn, with a small amphitheater and an a playground specially designed for the area. In winter, the lawn area will be transformed into an ice rink, with a Christmas market, a stage, and festive trees nearby. In the background, you can see a kindergarten with four natural play areas: field, mountains, river, and forest. Which correspond to different age groups of children and are connected by a common transit path.

When the AI&Biomimicry competition was announced at the end of last year, we couldn't miss the opportunity to participate. The idea of creating a project that would combine biomimetic concepts and artificial intelligence in the creative process seemed too appealing to us. Together with Иван Макогон, we started brainstorming and researching the latest developments in bioengineering, which led to the creation of a project called "Biota".
