To the self-storage industry: As we close out our inaugural year, I am filled with pride reflecting on the progress SpareBox Technologies has made since our official launch on March 12, 2024, at the Self Storage Association Spring Show in National Harbor. We have laid a strong foundation for our mission: to transform self-storage operations. It is our vision to establish ourselves as the industry's most impactful technology partner. Building Our Brand and Our Team In less than a year, SpareBox Technologies has emerged as a notable change agent in the self-storage industry. We built a core team of industry veterans who share a passion for innovation and excellence. Together, we have positioned ourselves as a trusted partner, challenging the status quo and introducing solutions that redefine operational efficiency. Extraordinary Market Adoption Since March, we’ve onboarded over 1,000 facilities onto our platform, a majority of which are part of the Top 100 Operator List. This level of adoption speaks to the trust and confidence our customers have in our technology and team. It’s not just a milestone—it’s a testament to the relevance of our solutions in addressing the industry’s most pressing challenges. Innovating for the Future Innovation is at the heart of SpareBox Technologies. This year, we successfully launched two groundbreaking products, with a third on the horizon that has already generated significant anticipation. Our flagship product, BigFoot, is rapidly becoming the industry standard for managing marketing spend on SpareFoot. Meanwhile, RaFA is redefining operational efficiency. The data and intelligence emerging from this system offer unprecedented operational visibility, providing self-storage operators with insights that were previously out of reach. These tools are not just products. They are enablers of transformation for our customers. Engaging with the Industry Our presence this year was noticed across the industry. We attended seven trade shows, exhibited at three national events, and led educational sessions at key conferences, including Texas SSA Big Ideas and North Carolina SSA. These engagements have been pivotal in showcasing our thought leadership and fostering relationships that will drive future growth. Looking Ahead As we move into 2025, our focus remains steadfast: to continue innovating, expanding, and delivering value to our customers. With a solid foundation and the momentum we’ve built this year, I am confident that SpareBox Technologies will play an increasingly vital role in shaping the future of the self-storage industry.
