You cannot go wrong if the firm’s DNA is built around client centricity and people growth. That message was reiterated by our leaders - Jay Laabs , Kevin Josephson and Rich Johnson - who had come down for the bi-annual People and Culture days in India. We had our first ALL India P&C days in Jaipur last week. The people team put up a FANTASTIC event. Lots of meaningful 1-on-1s, leadership and strategy meets along with a thought provoking session from our APAC Women Elevate team. The feeling of seeing 110+ bandmates in one place was surreal. We have GROWN (evident from the drone shot!). A BIG shout out to all the bandmates who make this place what it is! After soaking in 3 days of fun, learning and knowing each other, everyone left motivated and aligned with the direction we are headed. Thanks also to new leaders who joined us this year - Nimit Walia, Prafulla Deshpande Shashank Bhootra , Sameer Jain and Naga S.. Great to have you onboard! This event is a testament to the belief and commitment from the leaders at Spaulding Ridge , who continue to invest in the region. GDC is not complete without our awesome Manila band - you are next!
