Take a peak at these 3 data points that prove investing in your people (and #internalcomms) is the ultimate customer experience hack: 1️⃣ Customers are 2.7x more likely to trust a brand after a 5-star experience. And where does that trust come from? The way your frontline employees interact with them. If employees are disengaged, poorly trained, or unhappy, the chances of delivering a 5-star experience plummet, and trust erodes. 2️⃣ Positive experiences increase the chances of customer recommendations on average by 66% ( or in some cases even by 91% - looking at you, airlines 🛩️ and hotels 🏨 ). But if your employees aren’t engaged, customers won’t feel the love - and those glowing recommendations? They vanish. 3️⃣ Satisfied customers are 2.52x more likely to return. But that kind of loyalty doesn’t just fall from the sky. It’s built on consistently awesome interactions with your team.
