About us

Spectrum of Solutions, formerly known as MARC, has empowered individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Midland, Texas for over 60 years. With the support of this most generous community, Spectrum of Solutions has enabled thousands of clients to reach new personal bests and levels of independence daily. Since then, it has grown into an organization respected for its advocacy and delivery of a wide range of programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). From its longstanding residential services and day habilitation program for adults to its vocational options and recreational time activities, Spectrum of Solutions exists to give hope to the families and individuals we support. In addition to its historical programs, Spectrum of Solutions also operates the Children’s Therapy Center to provide 1:1 and group therapies including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy), music therapy, speech & language therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, diagnostics, and psychological services, parental support, and social skills groups to children with developmental disabilities, with a specialty in autism spectrum disorders.

Her presentation, titled 'Spectrum and Special Needs Perspectives,' offered invaluable insights into the challenges and triumphs experienced by individuals with special needs and their families. She did an exceptional job representing Spectrum of Solutions, sharing our mission and the critical work we do to support our clients. Her thoughtful approach and expertise captivated the audience, bringing attention to the importance of inclusive therapies and services. We are grateful for her dedication and for the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the special needs community in such a meaningful forum!

From the incredible participants showing off their cars to the dedicated volunteers who helped bring everything together, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. The turnout was amazing, with so many of you showing your support for our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your involvement makes all the difference, and we are truly grateful for your time, energy, and enthusiasm.   • Join the Spectrum of Solutions Family! We’re on the lookout for compassionate, full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Permian Basin (Midland and Odessa) area. As a DSP, you'll be a vital part of our mission, helping individuals with their daily living needs, ensuring their safety, and providing emotional support.
