As a licensed Professional Engineer in California, his expertise spans cost estimating, value engineering, and engineering supervision. Carlos has worked on design-build projects valued at $3.5 billion and cost estimation projects totaling $2.5 billion, equipping him with a comprehensive approach to project management and cost analysis. His unique background enhances our ability to deliver reliable and data-driven solutions to our clients.
