In the world of software supply chain security there is no greater mission than supporting the Department of Defense. Securing the software supply chain of our warfighter(s) is something that is near and dear to NetRise given Michael Scott and I were both in the Marine Corps. I am thrilled to share that we were awarded an AFWERX Phase II Contract valued at $1.8M to support the United States Department of the Air Force. We’re honored to collaborate with the Air Force Research Laboratory, AFWERX and The University of Texas at San Antonio as part of this initiative, which aligns with their mission to accelerate innovation and strengthen the nation’s defense capabilities. We will be providing the Air Force with visibility into third party code utilizing capabilities that are currently not available to them and highlighting the hidden risks that exist within software/firmware/containers that have been there all along. We’ve been cooking up some exciting new features for Anura over the last year! 🐸 From the long-requested “follow me” mode to ATR integration, we’re excited to share some of the latest Anura behaviors for both single and multi-ship operations. Check out the video below for a sneak peek of… ➡️ Follow Mode: Enables an operator to have uncrewed system(s) follow in trace with any desired offset. This can also be combined with any type of sensor behaviors. ➡️ ATR Integration: Allows operators to reference dynamic ATR outputs and task the platform or sensor in response to those objects. ➡️ Updated Orbit Geometry System: Quickly task the drone to perform reactive orbits around static or dynamic objects and points of interest. Operators can fully task sensor suites separate from the platform. ➡️ More Robust Route Generation: Create and fly routes with multi-objective constraints (including references to dynamic objects), freely adjusting sensors and platform position in-stride. ➡️ Defensive Scans: Task a single platform or team to conduct defensive scans on your position (a dedicated post coming shortly on this feature). 2024 was an exciting year for Primordial Labs! Higgins is forward deployed and assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest DESRON and the U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
