As the Society of Risk Management Consultants (SRMC or Society) ends its 40th year since its formation in 1994, during the Society’s annual meeting held on October 25, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Thomas Rosaschi was installed as the 41st President of the Society.  Mr. Rosaschi is a Senior Consultant at ICA, a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, and an advisor to clients in the private equity, hedge fund, and real estate industries, among others. Since joining ICA in 2015, Tom has advised U.S. and international Clients, their principals and financial advisors on risk management and insurance-program restructuring in connection with mergers, spin outs, acquisitions, divestitures and other material transactions. Beyond his transactional practice, Tom assists many clients in the non-profit sector including large cultural institutions and charitable organizations with a global presence.  https://lnkd.in/gF7Bw2NK

The Society of Risk Management Consultants held its Fall Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, last week. On Friday evening, at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum, we held our annual President’s Dinner, during which the Society’s president, Lori Ussery, transitioned the gavel to our incoming president, Thomas Rosaschi.
