Colorado Minimum Wage rates for 2025 In Colorado we have 4 cities or Counties that have different minimum wage rates as well as the state wage that is moving up to $14.81 per hour. In 2021 the Colorado assembly based a bill that allowed counties and cities to set it's own min wage rate. Currently we have only have 4 cities that have done this. In 2012 California only had 4 as well but now they have 61 counties and cities with different rates. Small Business owners with less than 20 employees had been staring down a deadline to report ownership to the Treasury Department. On Tuesday a Texas judge placed a nationwide injunction on the requirement for small business owners. The new reporting requirement was going to the finical crimes division of the Treasury.
