As a reminder many Cities and Counties Across the west have different minimum wage rates than your state has. These changes need to take place for any hours worked in 2025. That means you could have two rates of pay if you had a pay schedule that had hours in 2024 & 2025. Be sure to check with your payroll provider to see if the changes will be reflected in the first paycheck of 2025.
