Folks, We are trying to finalize enrollment for our exercise study. If you are semi-sedentary (one hour or less activity re week) and want to get exercising, we want to study high intensity training vs endurance. If you or anyone you know would like to participate, that would be great. The sessions would begin in January—but enroll now! Best, Mike Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ghcNv4D2 Email: pgonzaga@stanford.edu
