October was an active month, as lower mortgage rates appeared to stimulate activity. New listings were unusually robust, and sales followed. Inventory began November at the highest level we’ve seen since 2020. We expect these favorable conditions to extend into the beginning of 2025. September was a busy month, with new listings, closings, and inventory all surpassing last year.
