Last year 250+ LLCs filed. 500+ clients served. Here's everything I learned the hard way: Set goals. Get a mentor. Build systems. Sell first, build later. Focus on the 80/20. Never stop learning. Track your progress. Take action every day. Don't rely on referrals. Systems allow you to scale. Hire people smarter than you. Set specific, measurable goals. Without systems, you can't grow. Be willing to pivot when necessary. Sales are the lifeblood of your business. Learn to sell services you don't yet have. Don't sell service, sell the transformation Sales is a learned skill, just like anything else. Find someone who's been there and done that. 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. Document your processes and make them repeatable. Referrals are great, but not reliable. They come and go. No amount of knowledge will help you if you don't take action.
